A Delaware homeowner says he's finally getting results after a years-long battle with the township, homeowner's association, and even a golf club over a dangerous eyesore. The ABC 6 investigative team first started looking into problems with a crumbling retaining wall this past summer. Phil Weiker said the dangerous eyesore was just feet from his front door. But despite obvious problems, it was a two-year fight to get someone to take responsibility for the issues.
